CSR initiative of Swach at Rose Convention at AHSI

The Agri-horticulture Society had celebrated its 200^th Anniversary on 9^th to 12^th January, 2020 with “World Regional Rose Convention 2020, Kolkata”.

At this prestigious event,  Swach and Haldia Water got the opportunity to provide a Pilot Installation of “ECO Clean – Premium Aerobic Bio Toilet”.

The brief description of the Agri Horticultural Society is provided below –

The Agri Horticultural Society of India, the oldest institution of its kind in India, was founded in 1820 by Rev. Dr. William Carey for the promotion and development of agriculture and horticulture in the country. With its 24 acres garden at 1 Alipore Road, Kolkata, the Society plays a crucial role in horticultural development and environmental restoration. It has fulfilled creditably its set out objectives in its 196 years of existence.
